Booking Policy

Deposit Requirements for Reservations:

  • To confirm a reservation, guests are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 80% of the total booking amount at the time of booking. The room will not be reserved until the deposit has been made.

  • If guests need a few days to transfer the funds, they can provide proof of deposit within the specified time to secure the reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. Once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded.

Check-in and Check-out Payment Procedures:

  • Guests will be required to pay the remaining 80% of the booking amount at the time of check-in. Payments can be made using cash, direct deposit, or mobile payment methods (Mpaisa only).

  • All room charges and applicable taxes will be settled during the check-in process.

  • In the event that guests choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of their stay.
